Jules & Yeti’s Guide to Visiting St. Augustine: A Dog’s Day Out

Hey there! We’re Jules and Yeti, your four-legged guides to the best dog-friendly spots in historic St. Augustine. Whether you’re sniffing out new adventures or just want some fresh air and fun, this city has plenty for pups like us to enjoy.

Tolomato Boardwalk
One of our favorite places to stretch our paws! The Tolomato Boardwalk is a peaceful, scenic trail along the water, perfect for leisurely walks and spotting local birds and wildlife. It’s shaded, well-maintained, and peaceful — just right for a sniff-filled stroll or a chill break by the marsh. Plus, the breeze off the water feels amazing on a warm Florida day!

Old Town
We love tagging along while our humans explore the cobblestone streets of Old Town. Many shops and restaurants welcome dogs on their patios, so we can rest while they grab a bite. Don’t forget to bring water and a leash — there’s lots to see and smell!

Anastasia State Park
If you’re up for a beach day, this spot is a must. Dogs are welcome on-leash in many areas, and the soft sand and surf are pawsome for splashing and exploring. Afterward, there are shady picnic areas to relax and recharge.

Dog-Friendly Dining
Many restaurants with outdoor seating let us join, including spots along the bay and in Old Town. We love chilling by our humans as they enjoy fresh seafood or a cool drink.

For pups visiting St. Augustine, it’s all about good smells, new friends, and plenty of walks with amazing views. We hope you have as much fun here as we do!
